What you'll do:
- Creative Concepting: Collaborate with the creative team to translate ideas into innovative and polished visual solutions.
- Layout Design: Design compelling layouts for web, social media, presentations, marketing materials, and other client-facing platforms.
- Custom Illustrations: Create original illustrations and visual assets that align with client branding and project objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs and client projects.
- Cross-Platform Design: Deliver high-quality assets optimized for both digital and print formats.
- Production Handoff: Pass final designs to development or publishing teams for release.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to create high-quality designs.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has strong layout and illustration skills with a proven portfolio.
- Demonstrates excellent command of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Has significant proven branding design experience.
- Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- With excellent communication and time management skills.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
