Responsibilities
- Contribute to design deliverables across multiple areas including design for print, social assets, marketing outputs, web pages, and emails.
- Create medium- or long-form documents.
- Systemize templated approaches for use in the brand team and broader team.
- Create event stands and booths, and associated assets in support of field marketing.
- Prepare final production-ready files as directed.
- Ensure the Tines brand is represented at the highest quality.
- Develop your own practice through experience and training.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and creative production approaches.
- Research, idea generation, and aesthetic development in projects.
- Develop new proficiencies as required.
- Seek direction when needed to ensure the work is on the right track.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and colleagues.
Activities
- Graphic design: layout and typography for diverse outputs.
- Work creatively within existing brand guidelines.
- Work proactively under your own initiative or as part of the design team.
- Contribute to wider design team critique sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the design team and with outside suppliers and vendors.
- Plan and prioritize your own tasks.
Requirements
- Passion for design and commitment to quality work.
- Experience in a brand design team.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
- Trustworthy to deliver on time.
- Skilled in core design tools, able to select the right tool for each task.
- Able to keep up with fast-paced work and juggle multiple projects.
