Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute offline brand activations, school presentations, campus tours, and information sessions.
  • Represent ALX at events and ensure high-quality learner engagement and lead capture.
  • Support ambassador programs and community-led activation efforts.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist in executing digital campaigns across social media and other platforms.
  • Support content adaptation for local audiences under guidance from the marketing lead.
  • Monitor engagement and funnel metrics to identify performance trends.
  • Proactively suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Follow up with prospective learners via calls, messages, and email.
  • Support structured lead nurturing workflows.
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain strong learner experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage UGC creators to support recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate affiliate-style collaborations with creators, ensuring alignment with ALX brand guidelines and performance objectives.
  • Track creator performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversion, and optimize partnerships based on results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with content creators to build a sustainable, high-performing advocacy network.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment tracking dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign performance and activation ROI.
  • Identify patterns in engagement and conversion to inform future strategy.
  • Deliver structured weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment & Marketing Specialist to align activation efforts with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with the LCE team to ensure alignment between recruitment messaging and learner experience.
  • Support other verticals when needed to ensure strong brand execution across functions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, recruitment, or program management.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects from planning to execution with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience organizing offline events and activation campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify challenges and escalate when needed.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

Work Environment

  • This role is hybrid requiring both remote work and in-person attendance at ALX hub in Casablanca.
  • Availability for events, activations, and partner meetings in-person is needed.
