Experience and Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3β5+ years of experience in brand, community, marketing, or communications roles (SaaS or digital products strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing brand standards across web, product, campaigns, social, email, and community platforms
- Proven experience communicating updates, timelines, or announcements to a customer audience
- Experience moderating or leading an online community (SaaS, ecommerce, or creator-focused products strongly preferred)
