Key Responsibilities
- Create product designs, graphic designs, and packaging designs tailored to the U.S. market.
- Develop packaging concepts that align with brand identity and consumer expectations.
- Work closely with the Product Development Team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Brand Development and Approval Teams to refine and finalize designs.
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines and style guides across all creative outputs.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use.
- Revise designs based on feedback and approval requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic and packaging design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product and packaging design work.
- Experience working with brands and established style guides.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing for the American / U.S. market is required.
