Responsibilities
- Work with the CMO to evolve Availβs visual identity, ensuring it aligns with the fast-paced, innovative nature of the Web3 ecosystem.
- Create visually compelling graphics for websites, social media, event materials, and marketing campaigns that reflect Avail's mission and resonate with crypto-native audiences.
- Ensure all relevant design adheres to brand guidelines, while still leaving room for controlled experiments and exploration.
- Craft highly engaging visuals and designs optimized for platforms like Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and more, with a strong focus on what resonates within Crypto Twitter (CT).
- Understand and create content that fits the degen and meme culture of Web3, while maintaining brand integrity.
- Stay ahead of new design trends in Web3, crypto, and tech.
- Integrate trends quickly and effectively into Availβs visual communication strategy.
- Deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines, with the ability to iterate and execute quickly in response to market shifts.
- Develop and manage a streamlined creative workflow, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and deliverables are managed across internal teams and external design agencies.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and community teams to ensure consistent design language across all touchpoints.
- Organize and manage the creative assets library, ensuring all design elements are easy to access and update by internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop design systems and templates that allow for scalability as the brand grows globally.
- Create content that is engaging, fun, and tailored to the fast-moving Web3 audience, especially for crypto-natives who live in meme culture.
- Understand and use humor, satire, and current crypto trends to engage the community with authentic content.
- Lead the design efforts for Availβs presence at global Web3 events, conferences, and community-driven initiatives.
- Work closely with external design agencies and freelancers to scale creative output for larger campaigns and event branding.
Requirements
- Proven 5 years+ experience in graphic design leadership with a strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work, preferably in Web3 or tech.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of degen culture, memes, and crypto-native platforms like Crypto Twitter (CT).
- Ability to deliver high-quality, on-trend design assets quickly, often within short timelines.
- Experience managing creative workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and freelancers.
- Familiarity with design systems, asset management, and scalable design templates.
