Role Overview

The Creative Designer will create high-quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms while adapting to different client brand identities and creative expectations. This role combines design execution with written content support, requiring strong visual judgment, brand adaptability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand-Adapted Design
    • Work across multiple client accounts, adapting to each brand’s visual identity, tone, and creative direction.
    • Develop design assets that align with client messaging and brand standards.
  • Social Media Graphics
    • Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
    • Ensure assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Website Graphics
    • Design website graphics, banners, and supporting visual assets that improve user experience and fit site structure.
    • Collaborate with web development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Email & Newsletter Design
    • Create visually engaging, mobile-responsive email templates and newsletters.
    • Align email design execution with campaign goals and brand consistency.
  • Creative Collaboration & Growth
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure designs support broader marketing objectives.
    • Contribute to evolving creative needs as responsibilities expand with business growth.
  • Design & Written Communication
    • Produce written content for emails, newsletters, social media posts, and website copy alongside visual assets.
    • Ensure written and visual elements work together cohesively across digital channels.
    • Write clear, brand-aligned copy that supports engagement and message clarity.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with branding and multi-client exposure.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social media, web design, and email design.
    • Experience creating responsive email templates and newsletters.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with other design tools.
    • Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to adapt creative work for different clients.
    • Knowledge of social media design best practices across digital platforms.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh ideas across projects.
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and client-facing work.
    • Self-motivated mindset with interest in growth and expanded responsibility.
