Job Description
Own and evolve the brandβs visual identity, ensuring consistency and high quality across all marketing and brand touchpoints.Translate brand strategy, campaign goals, and business objectives into strong visual systems and practical design solutions.
Lead and execute high-quality design across web, digital, print, social media, email communications, presentations, campaign assets, brochures, merchandise, and brand guidelines.
Create high-quality design work hands-on, especially during the first stage while the team is being built.
Develop and maintain visual guidelines, templates, and design principles to improve consistency, quality, and speed of execution.
Review design work and provide constructive feedback to ensure strong execution, consistency, and attention to detail.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with a consistently high level of execution.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, branding, marketing and digital design projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with 3D, and AI tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of design principles: typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
- Experience in brand design, and digital communication design
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of execution
- Ability to prioritise, work independently, and collaborate across teams
- Understanding of web design principles and basic front-end constraints (HTML/CSS is a plus)
- Experience in fintech or other fast-paced, regulated industries is a must
- Strong written and spoken English
