The role
You'll be our first brand hire β and it's a special moment to join. We've just crafted a brand new identity with a top creative agency, and we need someone to own it, evolve it, and make it live everywhere: campaigns, social, web, motion, and in-product illustration.
This is a hands-on role for a designer with exceptional taste, strong brand instincts, and the ability to think in systems β someone who can make beautiful work, but also define how that work scales. One day you're building templates that let the whole team ship on-brand work independently; the next you're animating a launch video or illustrating a new feature.
This is not a role for someone who wants to direct from the sidelines. We're looking for a maker β someone who still loves the details: the typography, the grid, the motion, the final 5% that makes something feel excellent.

What you'll do
- Shape how the world sees and experiences Bitstack.
- Own and evolve Bitstack's visual identity system across all brand touchpoints.
- Create thoughtful, polished, visually compelling brand design across web, campaign, social, experiential, interactive, and digital channels.
- Work with marketing to bring campaigns to life visually, create assets for campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives.
- Establish brand guidelines and systems that ensure consistency as we scale rapidly.
- Use AI and emerging creative tools as part of your process β not as a shortcut, but as a way to explore faster, push further, and make stronger work.
- Be scrappy and hands-on with whatever the brand needs, from Instagram carousels to landing pages.
- Help set and raise the bar for visual quality brand work, defining what great looks like.
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer.
- A portfolio of shipped brand assets - campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Excellent visual, UI, motion and interactive design skills.
- Eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft.
- Proven ability to maintain brand consistency while delivering high volumes of work across multiple channels.
- Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, and guidelines that enable teams to execute independently.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent projects from brief to delivery.
Nice to have
- 3D modelling and animation skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, Spline).
- Experience with no-code web tools (Webflow, Framer).
- Experience localising assets for different markets.
