Responsibilities
- Drive development of brand strategy, positioning, and narrative.
- Define consumer truth for Match.
- Write clear, insight-driven briefs and serve as a brand steward.
- Manage integrated marketing programs across campaigns and product launches.
- Partner with creative, social, PR, and external agencies.
- Translate brand strategy into product messaging.
- Track business performance, KPIs, and brand health.
- Define success metrics and improve future strategy based on performance.
Requirements
- 6+ years in brand marketing or product marketing.
- Experience in leading large-scale campaigns.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Balance of strategic thinking and creative storytelling.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into brand strategy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
