Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thinker, developing and executing creative solutions that align with, and at times push, brand boundaries
• Turn complex marketing challenges into relevant, revenue-generating visual experiences across creative campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Bring original, impactful creative concepts to life from start to finish, managing multiple projects and prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Collaborate across the team to deliver cohesive creative solutions, synthesizing and iterating on feedback quickly
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively convey creative concepts to key stakeholders
• Apply an understanding of target audiences and global financial markets to deliver creative solutions that fulfill business objectives
• Mentor junior team members while maintaining exceptional typography skills, attention to detail, and harmonious visual systems across all work

Qualifications

• Portfolio of exceptional work demonstrating relevant skills and experience, including B2B or financial services experience
• 6-8 years of experience as an Art Director across digital, print, experiential, branding, and video
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, art direction, or a related field with a foundation in design principles and visual problem solving
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and Figma
• Knowledge across multiple communication vehicles: digital, web, print, corporate identity, systems-based design, guidelines, video, and environmental design
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent in English, with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
