About the role

We are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Dragons Design Studio Team, working primarily on wellness brands. This role focuses on adapting global master assets and translating brand guidelines into high-quality creative executions across multiple formats and channels.

You will work on social media content, key visuals, AI image generation, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring strict brand consistency and high production standards in a highly regulated environment.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is eager to grow within a structured global agency environment, developing strong design skills while contributing to internationally recognized brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Adapt and localize global creative assets across multiple wellness brands.
  • Execute designs following strict brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Produce high-quality assets for social media, digital, and presentation decks.
  • Ensure accuracy in typography, layout, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Maintain excellent file organization and asset management practices.
  • Perform basic image retouching and visual adjustments when needed.
  • Collaborate with design and Creative teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar design role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality control mindset.
  • Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Solid organizational skills and disciplined file hygiene.
  • Basic image retouching skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience or curiosity in AI image generation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Krea).
  • Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.
  • Interest in AI-enabled creative production workflows.

Languages

  • English
  • Spanish (preferably)
  • Any other languages are a plus.
