Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer/Tech Pack Specialist with hands-on experience in apparel and/or footwear design, bags, and headwear. You’ll be responsible for turning concepts and brand direction into polished designs and accurate, factory-ready tech packs.
The right person has a good eye for fashion, understands product development, and can work independently after initial training.
Key Responsibilities
- Create apparel, footwear, bags, headwear, and accessories designs, graphics, and production artwork.
- Develop detailed tech packs, including measurements, specifications, materials, colours, and artwork.
- Prepare clear, accurate files for factory production.
- Make revisions based on samples, feedback, and production requirements.
- Ensure designs follow the client’s brand direction and quality standards.
- Manage assigned projects and deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Keep design files and product specifications organised and up to date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in apparel, footwear, fashion, or product design.
- Strong experience creating tech packs for manufacturing.
- Good understanding of measurements, specifications, materials, and product construction.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Strong fashion sense and attention to detail.
- Able to understand brand direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Experience working with factories or overseas manufacturers is a plus.
Other Notes
- This is a deliverable-focused remote role.
- Strict working-hour overlap is not required, although some availability for communication and quick responses is expected.
- Projects will generally be assigned with a 1–2 day turnaround, depending on the workload.
- This is intended to be a long-term opportunity, with potential to grow alongside the client’s expanding Philippine-based team.
