Job Summary

We are looking for a** Senior Production Designer** to support a creative team in delivering high-quality digital and marketing assets. This role combines strong production design skills with close collaboration across creative disciplines, including design, strategy, content, and production.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working within established design systemsand brand guidelines,andy able to translate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverables. Experience incorporating** AI tools such as Claude** into creative workflows is also valued to improve efficiency, experimentation,and day-to-day production processes.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for web, digital campaigns, email, social,and other digital channels.
• Design polished, responsive digital experiences with strong visual hierarchyand attention to detail.
• Translate brand guidelinesand creative direction into cohesive digital experiences.
• Develop concepts from initial exploration through final execution.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, content,and development teams.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final experience.
• Support editorialand content-driven digital experiences.
• Contribute to integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Present design conceptsand communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedbackand iterate on designs as needed.
• Manage multiple projectsand priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Take ownership of projectsand proactively drive work forward.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in** Figma**.
• Strong experience in** visualand digital design**.
• Proven experience designing** weband digital experiences**.
• Strong understanding of** typography, composition, layout, spacing,and visual hierarchy**.
• Hands-on experience with** responsive design** across different screen sizesand breakpoints.
• Experience applying** brand guidelinesand visual systems** across digital experiences.
• Experience creating visual designs for** digital campaigns**.
• Experience working with** WordPress or other CMS platforms**.
• Familiarity with** Adobe Creative Suite** and** Sketch**.
• Experience using weband content management tools.
• Strong visual attention to detailand a high standard of design craft.
• Advanced English proficiency,with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, collaborative environment.
• Availability to work onsite at the office up to 3 days per week (Buenos Aires).
