We are looking for a qualified graphic designer to join our team. We look for team members who want to find a long-term home in which they can developand grow. We are a small studio with a family atmosphere. Our studio is located in Charlottesville,in the heart of the mountains, but we are very close to Richmondand DC for city days.

Requirements

• Expert within Adobe suite, esp. Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience in Design either through a degree or program, ability to step into work day one
• Experience in Procreate
• Illustration and/or hand-lettering skills are a plus
• Knowledge of printing processes, optionsand requirements are desired, but not required
• Excellent organizationand time management skills
• Detail-orientedand thorough
• Great communication skills, ability to work well within a team atmosphere, good work ethic, positive attitude
• Responsive on Slack, must be onlineand reachable during work hours
• Speed is an asset
• Ability to work under pressure, change direction when requiredand work on a range of client projects at the same time
• Passion for design

Salary

• $42,000/yr
