Pinata is looking for a brand designer to join our team! You will create designs for our website and digital marketing efforts, and creatives for traditional mediums. You will report to the Marketing team and receive guidance from the Creative Director. You should feel comfortable presenting creative concepts and ideas to both the Marketing team and across the Business team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Continue to develop Pinata's brand identity
• Design website updates, printed marketing materials, emails, social media assets, ads, and other marketing work and collaborate across multiple teams
• Deliver beautiful, inspiring, refined designs, on tasks large and small
• Produce final design solutions
• Pitch creative ideas
• Design in both digital and traditional mediums
• Create innovative ideas and designs
• Manage workflow and take responsibility for timing and delivery
• Work with creative directors to produce great work
• Work with corporate leaders, creative partners, and client services to achieve the best solutions for your assignments ### ### WHAT YOU BRING
• 2+ years of experience in creative advertising or marketing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with design software (Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or Illustrator)
• Portfolio showcasing design techniques and knowledge of basic design principles
• Collaborative teamwork skills ### BONUS POINTS
• Experience in animation or work in 3D
• Experience in Cinema 4D and Blender
