Weβre looking for a skilled Creative Lead to join our Brand Creative Team at Kraken. You'll be responsible for leading creative projects for the Kraken brand. You'll work collaboratively with our Brand Creative, Marketing, Social and Design teams to identify opportunities, help develop creative briefs, find creative solutions, drive creative decision-making, and grow our brand impact, ultimately making Kraken stand out in culture. This role is perfect for someone who is highly creative, passionate about building exciting brands and who loves solving problems.
The Opportunity
- Work closely with our Director of Creative to ideate and develop creative briefs and ideas.
- Identify, generate and oversee creative executions for impactful, unexpected brand campaigns, performance advertising, activations, events as well as social and partnership campaigns.
- Provide creative direction and feedback while ensuring the team delivers at the highest creative standards.
- Keep up with the latest crypto trends to inform projects and deliver work thatβs globally and culturally relevant.
- Support and collaborate with internal and external teams on reactive projects with often tight deadlines.

Skills You Should HODL
- 7+ years of proven, hands-on experience at a creative agency or in-house creative team. Weβll want to see a robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, from big ideas to social activations and everything in between.
- Strong conceptual, design and art direction skills as well as a fresh and modern approach to branding.
- Knows crypto: Youβre familiar with blockchain technology, crypto, DeFi and the culture around it.
- Creative at heart. A burning passion for culture, and what makes brands exciting and relevant. You can spot opportunities for our brand to insert itself in culture(s).
- Optimistic. Weβre trying to change the narrative around crypto and get people excited.
