This is an awesome opportunity. We are seeking an experienced designer to join our team and spearhead design efforts. This role will lead mobile design of the Nevermet mobile app (Android and iPhone) and brand design (marketing/brand materials, app store screenshots). An ideal candidate has experience designing UX/UI for mobile products as well as brand design, such as creating marketing collateral. You’ll do well at Nevermet if you’re open-minded and proactive in finding ways to improve our design across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of frontend mobile-app and brand designs on Figma, able to draft and share designs within 24-48 hours of receiving the specifications and direction

• Review the iPhone and Android mobile app, proactively find opportunities to improve the user experience through design

• Be a great, optimistic and collaborative team player

• Stay organized and represent the design team during weekly all-hands team meetings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience across UX/UI and Brand/Marketing design

• Proficient with Figma

• 3+ years of being an effective team player through virtual zoom-work environments

• Extraordinary ethics and compassion for your colleagues

• A positive mindset, team-oriented, results-driven, and organized
