Join our small, but growing design team to write industry leading content and drive forward the mainstream adoption of crypto. You will help us explore, understand and reinvent everything from the way money works, to a bunch of even more ambitious things we canβt talk about yet!
The Opportunity:
- To be a content pioneer in a new industry that is rapidly evolving. The opportunity to influence what is potentially the way money is used and talked about for years to come
- Defining content strategy, making user experiences more intuitive, enforcing consistency, developing new terminology, solving compliance challenges
- Strategise, write, iterate and collaborate with designers, product managers, design managers, research and other stakeholders to produce effective UX content that compliments the design
- Our own content design system (KCDS) that harmonises with the Kraken design system.
- Future goals are to expand the KCDS to improve the quality of content across Kraken and have more content lead products like gamified tutorials and AI interactions with clients.
- Look at the overall UX of a product or ecosystem and consider how this narratively comes together
Skills you should HODL:
- 3+ years working as an UX Writer or Content Designer
- Strong Portfolio of Content Design achievements
- Experience creating scalable content
- Adaptability - you need to be constantly willing to learn about new things and hitting the ground running, asking lots of questions of people here to understand a new product or concept. We value people who take initiative and collaborate independently rather than require instruction
- Track-record of resilience, agility, and an ability to thrive in dynamic growth environments
Compensation Range: $117K - $176K
