We are looking for Marketing Designer

Responsibilities:
-Develop visual concepts and design advertising materials (banners & videos);
-Create graphic elements for social media, websites and advertising campaigns;
-Work with the company's brand book to maintain a consistent style;
-Prepare layouts for print and digital media;
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies;
-Analyze the effectiveness of visual solutions and make adjustments as needed.

Nice to have:
-Experience in digital marketing;
-Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;
-Photography and photo editing skills;
-Experience in creating video content.

Requirements

-At least 2 years of experience as a graphic or marketing designer;
-Portfolio of completed projects;
-Proficiency in graphic design & video/animation software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Animate, etc);
-Confident in working with vector graphics and understanding its principles;
-Understanding of UI/UX design principles;
-Creativity, attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment;
-Ability to work in a team and effectively collaborate with other departments.
