Greenhouse is looking for a Freelance Brand Designer!
Weβre on the search for a new designer to join the Greenhouse team. Reporting into our Creative Director, youβll use strategic design chops to drive the execution and growth of Greenhouse's marketing campaigns and initiatives. Youβll partner with other designers, copywriters, and marketing team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas. In this role you can expect to work on digital and printed assets for marketing campaigns, create designs for our website, and support both in-person and virtual events.

- Craft and elevate a world-class brand that is innovating the way companies hire and attract phenomenal talent
- Develop visual brand designs to be implemented across various channels and mediums
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to transform and help build the business through design
You should have:
- 3+ years of diverse design experience in brand, web, print, etc. in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work well in a team, and adapt to an evolving environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe CS
- Experience in working at a SaaS company and/or agency work, a plus
- Your own unique talents! The national pay range for this role is $70 β $105 hourly. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
