We are looking for a Head of Brand and Communications to lead our brand strategy and communications efforts.

In this role, you will

  • Oversee brand strategy, corporate communications, public relations, and internal communications.
  • Manage the brand and communications team, fostering development aligned with company goals.
  • Create and execute communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with teams in Australia and across the UK to align brand messaging.
  • Act as the key spokesperson for corporate communications and manage media relations.
  • Develop internal communication programs to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure alignment of ESG and corporate responsibility programs with company values.

You will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand and communications, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven B2B experience in the property market with a strong track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in managing corporate affairs and regulatory communications.
  • Ability to foster strong internal communication programs.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with expertise in developing messaging frameworks.
