What you'll be doing:
- Design visuals that align with our brand strategy and guidelines;
- Design marketing materials for email, direct mail, landing pages, and digital platforms;
- Create asset variations for A/B testing;
- Plan and execute multi-channel creative campaigns;
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders, engineers, product teams, and designers;
- Own projects from concept to final delivery;
- Maintain a strong visual style that stays consistent with the brand;
- Deliver high-quality work on time with excellent organizational skills.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of design experience at a product company or agency (B2B experience is a plus);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution;
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
- Proficient in layout composition;
- Strong design skills for web, email, and print;
- Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly;
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced environment with diverse design challenges.
