What you'll be doing:

Design visuals that align with our brand strategy and guidelines;
Design marketing materials for email, direct mail, landing pages, and digital platforms;
Create asset variations for A/B testing;
Plan and execute multi-channel creative campaigns;
Collaborate with Marketing leaders, engineers, product teams, and designers;
Own projects from concept to final delivery;
Maintain a strong visual style that stays consistent with the brand;
Deliver high-quality work on time with excellent organizational skills.

What you need to have:

5+ years of design experience at a product company or agency (B2B experience is a plus);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution;
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
Proficient in layout composition;
Strong design skills for web, email, and print;
Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly;
Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced environment with diverse design challenges.
