The role
As a Designer, youโll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling brand experiences that connect with our audiences. Youโll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and creative to design innovative campaigns and interactive experiences. Your work will span a wide range of projects, from launching high-profile campaigns to building brand assets and experimenting with new creative formats.

How youโll contribute
We are a mission-driven company, so passion for our work is key. This role spans three main areas:
- Design: Create marketing materials, e-commerce landing pages, and digital assets that drive company growth and enhance brand identity. Work across the design spectrum, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
- Validate: Use data to inform design decisions and measure success.
- Iterate: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to refine and improve brand materials.
What youโll do
- Collaborate with the Art Director to support digital projects, including ads, emails, marketing collateral, and internal team materials.
- Craft visually compelling, on-brand graphics.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Brand and Growth Teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Create and refine design elements for internal communications.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work across multiple touchpoints, particularly UI/UX.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to change.
- Proficiency in English.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and layout.
- Experience in digital advertising, experience in startups.
- Experience in 3D platform such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Knowledge of plugins such element 3D, Rubber hose, etc.
- Computer Arts or Graphics major is highly preferred.
