The new initiative
This new initiative is focused on expanding our AI-driven tools beyond pain management to tackle bigger healthcare challenges. This initiative focuses on driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and improving outcomes in areas critical to societyβs well-being.
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve a new brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels;
- Develop and maintain a strong visual language that works across various touchpoints;
- Explore how the brand communicates through social media, presentations, sales collateral, email campaigns, website, merchandising and videos;
- Plan and execute creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead-generation and brand awareness;
- Own projects from concept to final execution, maintaining high creative standards;
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience at a tech startup or agency (B2B experience is a plus);
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution;
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
- Strong ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate them effectively;
- Experience working independently, handling multiple projects, and delivering high-quality work on time;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
