About the role:
Scribe is hiring a Lead Brand Designer to scale and evolve our brand. Design excellence is a core pillar of what Scribe means to our team and our users. As such, weโre looking for someone with great attention to detail and great storytelling abilities. This role will work closely with partners across Marketing and Product, and will report to the VP of Design.
Examples of what you could do:
- Concept and execute campaigns with Marketing and Product.
- Upgrade Scribeโs brand systems, including voice and tone and visual systems.
- Redesign Scribeโs website to further enhance our value proposition and positioning.
You willโฆ
- Own and evolve Scribeโs brand guidelines and visual systems, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and other visual components.
- Work on design projects that empower our Go-To-Market and customer experience motions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create amazing campaigns across a variety of channels and give everyone who interacts with Scribe an unforgettable brand experience.
- Occasionally art-direct vendors to expand on creative such as motion design, illustration, animation, etc.
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and web.
- Experience creating and maintaining a brand design system.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe products.
- Experience leading complex design projects such as a rebrand, including collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
Bonus Points:
- Experience building and designing sites in Webflow, our platform of choice for our marketing site.
- Experience or interest designing for products with active communities.

Compensation
$120k-$150k USD salary + equity
