Our Proof™ marketplace delivers to the legal industry a unique, single platform that directly connects law firms, attorneys, and pro se parties with process servers. This platform handles the physical delivery and e-filing of legal documents. Proof™ integrates machine learning to "read" court documents and automatically extract vital information such as case captions. It also locates the nearest process server to a defendant's or witness's address, facilitates remote printing through FedEx offices, and generates real-time, court-specific affidavits. These affidavits merge case caption information with attempt data captured in the field—such as geolocations, time/date stamps, photographs, and descriptions of the delivery attempt—automatically and seamlessly.
