Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of designers across multiple EPD squads.
- Focus on bringing new capabilities to the Vanta platform for a wide range of customers.
- Ensure coherence across teams regarding product design.
- Coach and mentor Product Designers for high performance.
- Maintain high standards for customer experience and design quality.
- Establish strong partnerships with Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, creating a design vision aligned with business strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience with complex B2B and B2C SaaS products.
- 3+ years of experience in building and managing design teams.
- Evidence of maintaining a high standard of B2B design quality.
- Proven ability to produce impactful designs through leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Passion for leading and coaching, establishing an inclusive design culture.
- Deep curiosity about AI and cybersecurity.
