Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of designers across multiple EPD squads.
  • Focus on bringing new capabilities to the Vanta platform for a wide range of customers.
  • Ensure coherence across teams regarding product design.
  • Coach and mentor Product Designers for high performance.
  • Maintain high standards for customer experience and design quality.
  • Establish strong partnerships with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, creating a design vision aligned with business strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product design experience with complex B2B and B2C SaaS products.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and managing design teams.
  • Evidence of maintaining a high standard of B2B design quality.
  • Proven ability to produce impactful designs through leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Passion for leading and coaching, establishing an inclusive design culture.
  • Deep curiosity about AI and cybersecurity.
