About the role

• Lead design for core product areas from problem framing to polished execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design peers on strategy and roadmap
• Bring the clinician voice into the room through research, usability testing, and systems thinking
• Advocate for clinician needs across product decisions
• Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI balancing user needs with product complexity
• Work scrappily when needed, raise the bar when it matters
• Help evolve the design system and shape design culture

• Have 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products
