Responsibilities
- Translate creative briefs into impactful, on-brand design work across Binance’s needs—spanning global brand and product campaigns, key visuals, events, merchandise (SWAG), partnerships, social media, customer communications, and digital advertising
- Follow and interpret creative direction to ensure delivery of compelling, differentiating 'on brand' creative for campaigns
- Work closely with design leads, project managers, and copywriters for timely delivery of integrated creative campaigns
- Plan and create differentiating and compelling communications, creative design, and content with design lead and senior designer
- Challenge and innovate with creative design
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within day-to-day creative processes
- Support acquisition and retention teams by delivering compelling digital creative campaigns to generate brand awareness, website traffic, and improved engagement
- Take learnings from brand design lead regarding campaign and event performance to innovate and improve performance
- Support creation and delivery of brand and content assets to meet demands of Binance creative design
- Review and optimize all creative designs on an ongoing basis
- Innovate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and social media creative and design trends
Creative Operations
- Work with senior designers and design leads to define efficient, integrated creative processes
- Collaborate with wider creative team, social media, events, SWAG, business units, product and brand marketing partners to ensure a consistent omni-channel approach
Team and Relationship Management
- Self-motivate and manage daily tasks to meet deadlines and agreed standards
- Create a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the global creative team
- Work alongside third-party suppliers and freelance resources to achieve results
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with Binance Global Marketing and business functions to facilitate brand vision
- Constantly challenge, question, and innovate to develop team’s creative design and digital knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Design professional with qualifications in graphic, brand, and digital design
- Minimum 4 years experience as a designer within a creative team, either in-house at a global brand or agency side; events industry, AI, or fashion experience is a plus
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced online business delivering high-quality creative assets
- Customer and brand-focused design development process
- Ability to meet tight deadlines for daily, seasonal, and project work delivery
- Experience working within a team with best practices
- Experience in end-to-end design process from concept to production
- Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Creative thinker with a strong creative eye
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Experience working with third-party agencies
- Positive, creative, and influential personality
- Familiar with task management tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Asana, Google Docs
