Responsibilities
- Work across the full product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery focusing on user outcomes, speed of learning, and design quality.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, commercial team, and customers to solve real-world problems in education.
- Co-own problems, shape solutions, and drive delivery with your squad.
- Contribute to evolving the design culture and help scale design maturity across the organization.
- Mentor other designers.
