Responsibilities
- Define a clear learning strategy aligning with organizational goals for technical literacy and AI adoption.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple learning content development projects using agile/iterative approaches.
- Identify and mitigate risks in AI learning content to ensure accuracy and address biases.
- Define metrics for learning program success and demonstrate ROI through assessments and productivity gains.
- Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors or internal resources for content creation and AI tools.
- Create innovative learning and development content and facilitate unique learning experiences.
Technical Literacy & AI Content Expertise
- Understand core technical concepts such as data literacy, software development lifecycle, and DevOps.
- Familiarity with agile principles and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and sprints.
- Knowledge of generative AI principles, AI tooling, platforms, and prompt engineering.
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems, instructional design principles, and content creation tools.
Delivery & Soft Skills
- Continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technology and AI concepts.
- Critical thinking and problem solving for designing effective learning solutions.

Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources, R&D Learning, Instructional Design, or related fields.
- Proven ability to design and develop technical learning content for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience managing large group dynamics.
- Knowledge of effective learning methodologies and LMS administration/reporting.
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360/Rise), video editing software (Descript), and multimedia development tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning technologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
