Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end design projects from discovery through to implementation
- Designing and executing comprehensive research plans (including customer interviews, surveys, testing)
- Running discovery sessions and workshops
- Creating high-impact design solutions through wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces
- Be a βchampionβ for user-centred design practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences
- Mentor and coach other designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates end to end thinking
- Experience with complex B2B products demonstrating strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
- Advanced expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity interface design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A deep curiosity about user needs and behaviour, and the ability to approach problem solving strategically
