Responsibilities

  • Help the in-house studio create bold and effective communications and content across marketing and wider business.
  • Work with marketing to create campaigns, promotions and content across all channels to reach new UK audiences.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to bring the brand, mission, and culture to life through communications.
  • Offer creative direction, asset creation, and brand guardianship for the digital experience in collaboration with the Design and Experience Team.
  • Confident storytelling and art directing motion in collaboration with copy and creative account managers.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, follow up on performance and insights for iterative improvements.
  • Convey ideas with conviction, educate and persuade using creative thinking to challenge assumptions.
  • Drive high standards as a brand ambassador and understand branding from button to billboard.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of high-impact, consumer-facing work demonstrating typographic, layout, hierarchy, and technical skills across digital and print marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel design, art direction, photography, and storyboarding.
  • Experience with creative ideation for all channels, spotting and exploiting opportunities.
  • Experience working in-house with creatives like copywriters and directing video art with mood and storyboards.
  • Skilled at building presentations and communicating process, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Strategic, solutions-focused with understanding of brief outcomes before creating solutions.
  • Organised, able to own complex projects, work cross-team, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and navigates feedback effectively.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with ability to upskill if needed.

Recruitment Process
