What Can You Expect?
- Shape the User Experience by working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to understand user needs and pain points, participating in customer calls to gain insights.
- Develop deep understanding of the platform and users to make informed design decisions prioritizing ease of use, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
- Contribute to design systems ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
- Deliver Outstanding Designs: Ensure every design is well-scoped with defined requirements, balance business value with user experience, and create intuitive and appealing interfaces.
- Own the entire design lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers.
- Align and Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams for roadmap transparency and accountability on product iterations.
- Evolve and maintain design systems to ensure coherent and effective design language as the company scales.
About You
- 7-8+ years of experience in product design, especially in B2B SaaS products.
- Experience across the full design stack from scoping to delivering complex products.
- Proven track record in creating impressive products, teams, or companies in early-stage environments.
- Analytical, data-informed, with strong design intuition.
- Strong visual skills with ability to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces; experience with illustrations and animations is a plus.
- Action-oriented, ownership-driven, strong communicator, able to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in involving customers and team members to refine work.
- Ambitious, competitive, passionate about career and able to embrace challenges.
Other Information
- Work schedule includes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-person at the London office.
