Your role at Kittl
- Lead the development of the template roadmap, identify creative opportunities, and shape the overall vision
- Guide visual quality, uphold design standards, and establish cross-category creative guidelines
- Drive the end-to-end template creation process, ensuring output is diverse, timely, and high-quality
- Stay current with design trends and help turn creative goals into actionable directions
- Support and mentor the Art Director, helping align creative work with broader strategic priorities
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to ensure strong alignment and impactful creative execution
What you’ll need
- 5+ years in graphic design, branding, or visual content creation, with a portfolio that spans styles and formats
- Strong understanding of design systems, typography, composition, color, and adaptation across digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects, provide feedback, and support team members
- Comfortable interpreting creative briefs and delivering visually compelling, purpose-driven outcomes
- Experienced in working across disciplines and clearly sharing ideas with a variety of stakeholders
- Hands-on with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and more; experience with templates, digital products, or creator platforms is a plus

- Take-home assignment followed by a presentation to the team (60 min)
- Stakeholder interview with Chief Product Officer & Growth Lead (45 min)
- Bar raiser interview with Chief of Staff, right hand to CEO (45 min)
