- Represent user experience in company planning and executive-level discussions
- Drive a holistic UX vision that aligns with educator needs, business goals, and technical realities
- Champion design thinking across the org6heducating teams on UX best practices and research
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to shape roadmaps and priorities
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and trust are foundational to everything we ship
- Build design systems and rituals that support speed, consistency, and creative exploration
- When necessary, contribute directly to product design6hdelivering wireframes, prototypes, and polished experiences
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in product/UX design, including 3+ years managing designers
- Proven ability to balance leadership with individual contribution6hyou can still do the work
- Experience designing intuitive tools and systems6hbonus if in edtech or AI products
- Strong portfolio that shows design depth, systems thinking, and impact at scale
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills6hyou make UX resonate with any audience
- Passion for working in mission-driven environments where users come first
- Experience building design culture, processes, and advocating for UX at a strategic level
