Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for large projects from opportunity to implementation, working closely with cross-functional partners to frame problems and deliver solutions.
- Own the design process across projects, making use of customer insight and product data to inform decisions.
- Level up the user experience by participating in design reviews, adding to the design system, meeting UX gating criteria, and advocating for loveable over minimal products.
- Participate in customer research to understand needs and validate solutions.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system while advocating for better and simpler product experiences.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, including experience working at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in all aspects of the design process including research, low and high fidelity design, rapid prototyping, and working with design systems.
- Experience conducting User Experience Research activities and design sprints independently.
- A strong portfolio showcasing iterative software work and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
