Responsibilities
- Shape the product experience, setting high standards for taste, clarity, and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners and bring structure and empathy to ambiguous problems.
- Prototype new ideas and refine existing features ensuring design excellence through the product lifecycle.
- Simplify complex clinical workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
- Push boundaries of visual and interaction design with meticulous attention to detail.
- Lead end-to-end design execution: translating ideas into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows.
- Champion user-centered design through engagement in user research and insight synthesis.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of impactful product design experience in complex domains; AI experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading design initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact.
- High craft standards with attention to detail and the ability to inspire others.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative with a low ego and a desire to learn, teach, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML products, consumer mobile, and enterprise products.
Work Mode and Location
- Hybrid role requiring minimum 3 days per week in San Francisco office with flexibility for remote work.
