Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments.
- Maintain close connection with creative and brand teams to create a seamless brand product customer experience.
- Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact.
- Enhance the influence of the Design organization by working openly, sharing customer insights, communicating design solutions, and improving the ways we work.
- Mentor other designers to refine concepts and elevate design quality.
- Contribute to and refine the design system to ensure alignment with strategic goals while maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality experiences on large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact.
- Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas.
- Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
- Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling.
- Portfolio required showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs.
