The Role

  • Join the Creative Studio team as a forward-thinking Senior Creative Designer.
  • Create bold, effective, and performance-driven communications and content across marketing and business.
  • Think big for campaign ideas and be precise in execution.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance and speed up production.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Growth teams on campaigns, promotions, and digital performance channels.
  • Use insight and data-driven creative optimized for performance, tested, iterated, and improved based on results.
  • Work with wider business teams to bring brand, mission, and culture to life through comms, creative direction, and asset creation.
  • Collaborate with Design and Experience teams for consistent brand experience.
  • Storytell and art direct motion assets with copywriters, motion designers, and stakeholders.
  • Create high-impact performance assets including rapid-turnaround A/B test variations and hero campaign concepts.
  • Utilize user-generated content assets for authentic visual communications.
  • Build stakeholder relationships, use performance insights, and inform creative decisions with data.
  • Educate, persuade, challenge assumptions, and maintain high creative standards with measurable results.

What we are looking for

  • Strong portfolio of high-impact consumer-facing marketing work demonstrating typographic, layout, hierarchy, and technical skills.
  • Proven experience with marketing funnel design, creative iteration based on insights, automation, and dynamic creative optimization.
  • Confidence creating motion-first assets optimized for both quick-cut and longer formats.
  • Experience developing creative variations for A/B and multivariate testing and iterating to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Ability to adapt creative across audience segments, cultural contexts, funnel stages while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Skilled ideation for all channels and touchpoints to drive measurable impact.
  • Experience collaborating with creatives and copywriters on messaging, video art direction, and storyboarding.
  • Comfort with testing new AI tools to improve output and pace.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate process, ideas, and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Strategic and solutions-focused approach to uncover outcomes before developing creative solutions.
  • Organized, proactive, able to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
