Core Responsibilities
- Work on product teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of real product features
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to refine and evolve product quality
- Perform interaction and visual design, from early concepts to micro-interactions and visual execution using tools like Figma
- Conduct informal user research including interviews and usability tests, combining qualitative and quantitative methods
- Deliver and communicate designs closely collaborating with engineers and product managers to prototype and build products
- Have awareness of software interfaces, familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript for effective collaboration with engineers
