Responsibilities
- Articulate and solve complex user problems, distilling user needs into simple, elegant, and impactful user experiences for each target persona
- Understand our roadmap commitments, plan and deliver value to our customers via incremental and major enhancements
- Creatively apply design principles and the craft of consumer apps to business applications
- Be comfortable in seeking and acting on feedback during the iterative design process
- Effectively communicate design concepts and articulate rationales, trade-offs that impact usability
- Drive design reviews and collaboration with designers, product managers, and engineers on product design and implementation
- Plan and conduct user research with clear objectives and leverage interviews, feedback sessions and usage data to inform design decisions
- Understand the design system components and standards, and apply them appropriately in feature designs
- Practice and apply user-centered design principles and methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, device types, and contexts such as iOS, Android, and web
- Experience with or a strong understanding of SaaS and B2B products
- Proficient in Figma and other wireframing and prototyping software in order to effectively illustrate user flows and interface behaviors
