As one of our first Staff Product Designers, you will play a pivotal role in evolving the design of Instagram Message Marketing, Manychat’s flagship product area.

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled individual adept at taking charge and driving success for a technologically complex product catering to sophisticated customers.

You’ll be directly reporting to Tim, our visionary Head of Design, known for his groundbreaking UX and HMI leadership at Arrival.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• High Level Design Craft: Take charge of UX for Instagram Message Marketing – a major revenue driver at Manychat.
• Clear Communications: Present design concepts and advocate for your decisions to various stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Research, Product, Localization, Sales and other teams to align product design strategy with the business goals.
• Measurable Impact: Drive and own the product design impact within your domain.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Foster a design-centric culture, inspiring innovation and out-of-the box thinking, and help other designers evolve their craft.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• Exceptional Product Design IC: Significant experience in leading design craft in a tech company.
• XFT Communications: Experience closely collaborating with people in various product and business roles.
• Holistic Product Expert: Experience in aligning design strategy for one product area with the others, as well as with the larger business goals.
• Metrics and Data: Demonstrated understanding of how to measure success and impact of product design.
• Presentation and Argumentation: Experience in presenting product design and clearly articulating your decisions to various stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to haves:

• Ideally, you’re based in Barcelona, London, or Amsterdam, or open to relocating to Barcelona. It’s also possible to be initially based elsewhere in Europe and travel to Barcelona occasionally.
• If you’re in Barcelona, you’ll be expected to spend some time in person at the office weekly. For London and Amsterdam-based candidates the work will begin in a remote format.
