- The Product Designer should have a holistic and systemic perspective to improve digital product experiences.
- Skills to be involved from product conception to release and follow-up, both web and app.
- Must maintain fluent communication with development and business teams.
- Concerned with user expectations and needs, identifying gaps and opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Consider scalability of solutions and align expectations to priorities and backlog.
Knowledge Required
- Minimum 2 years experience as Product Designer, UX/UI (mandatory).
- Proficient in Figma (mandatory).
- Design Thinking.
- Design Sprint.
- Lean UX.
- Product Discovery.
- Usability testing (both in-person and remote).
- Aesthetic and compositional sense.
- Knowledge of visual laws in UX/UI.
- Understanding and work with Design Systems.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum).
- Understanding and work on User Story Mapping.
- Experience managing experience metrics (CES, NPS, CSAT).
- Ability to interpret web analytics data and manage based on data.
- Experience in courier, airlines, or logistics companies is a plus.
