What You7ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design processes creating intuitive user interfaces, user flows, and prototypes.
• Take ownership of new features from research through design and validation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and translate into design solutions.
• Engage with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and execution quality.
• Enhance existing products by proposing innovative solutions.
• Advocate and evolve design guidelines and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align across teams.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones including North America, Europe, and New Zealand.
• Drive design projects ensuring seamless integration of multiple products' look and feel.

Who You Are

• Minimum 6 years experience as Product Designer with complex, technical SaaS products.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex design challenges.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Experience with design component libraries and their use.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and able to manage priorities in a remote startup environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines.
