Responsibilities
- Own meaningful surfaces within Statsigβs core Experimentation, Feature Flagging, and Analytics products
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams, providing direction and defining goals for your product area
- Mentor and coach other designers, contribute to recruiting and design system standards initiatives, and strengthen team culture
- Establish goals, track and measure metrics, and keep the team accountable on deliverables
- Focus relentlessly on doing whatβs right for the company and product and up-level those around you
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Ability to work full-time, in-office (5-days a week) role in Bellevue, WA
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Execution oriented, curious, open minded, with a high bar for quality
- Thrives in complexity and ambiguity, data oriented, and design obsessed
- Attention to detail and bias for impact
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working within a tech startup and/or early stage design team
- Experience with B2B SaaS, Analytics, and/or Dashboard tools
- Participation in feature launch and experimentation processes as a designer
