Role Overview
- Lead UX/UI design across the full product lifecycle for internal and external platforms
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure clarity, consistency and speed
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align product vision with design execution
- Build prototypes and rapidly iterate based on feedback and evolving product needs
Experience and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design
- Experience designing both internal tools and client-facing products
- Experience with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma for design and prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating deep UX/UI work on web or platform-based products
- Prior ownership of design systems
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience in dynamic environments or startup-like teams
