Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality visual assets for marketing collateral such as digital ads, brochures, webinar decks, and social media content.
- Design layouts optimized for various platforms, audiences, and accessibility.
- Support user-centered digital content design focusing on hierarchy, readability, and user flow.
- Maintain and expand program-level design systems in Figma to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Prepare final production files for print and digital distribution meeting all specifications.
- Adapt core design concepts into multiple formats and sizes for marketing campaigns.
- Apply best practices in responsive design ensuring assets are optimized across devices and platforms.
- Develop and follow internal naming conventions and documentation for creative assets.
- Ensure all project files are labeled, archived, and accessible for cross-functional teams.
- Manage updates to asset libraries, templates, and style guides.
- Coordinate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Editors, UX Strategists, and Project Managers to complete projects.
- Participate in creative reviews, team meetings, and strategy sessions providing and receiving feedback.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant previous experience.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent certifications/experience.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of G Suite Applications such as Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
- Experience with illustration and/or video production is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and a desire to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environments.
