Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end UX design with a strong focus on prototyping, iteration, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Translate complex AI and developer-facing workflows (primarily within Agentic Document Extraction) into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with business goals, and delivered quickly.
• Gather and integrate feedback proactively from cross-functional stakeholders, iterating rapidly on MVPs and evolving designs over time.
• Conduct user research as needed.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices while maintaining a pragmatic approach that balances user needs with technical constraints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/Product design, ideally in SaaS, AI, or enterprise products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and impactful outcomes.
• Experience designing for technical or developer-facing products is a plus.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in agile product teams.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present ideas effectively.
• UI design experience is a plus but not the main focus of the role.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, where priorities shift quickly, and autonomy and adaptability are essential.
